Finding Your Path

This one is for mainly my generation, but please read if you need this. We are raised in a bad school system that expects us to have these impossible expectations. I’m not saying we’re screw-ups. But we were raised to act like we have the audacity to everything. That we can have anything we want. That we are special. When, to be honest, that’s just not true. It all started with participation awards😂

We have gifts for sure, everyone is good at something! We have a passion that makes its way to us, and we decide to make it our way of making income or just simply a hobby. 

In this day and age, some of us just expect things to turn around, even when we put in energy or not. When honestly that’s just not how life works. We’re all just winging it you know, and there’s nothing wrong with that. It’ll be an easier process to be open to any other opportunities that come your way.

Not all of us will be tik tok famous, not all of us will be rich, not all of us will have that life we dreamed of as a kid. I’m not saying to give up. Go for what you want in life. But maybe everything you’ve ever wanted might be right in front of you, just in a different package. Maybe your reality is what you need, and you can miss out on so much because of the false expectations we’ve all been having since we were kids in school.

Go for it, make your mistakes, live life as you would want yours to be, but don’t be afraid to change course, and don’t be afraid to enjoy where you're at.

The crossroads of life have many different outcomes. Live and try to experience them to see what’s right for you.

We all change our minds at some point. Hell, my life goals changed drastically in the past 5 years, and it’s not because I gave up, it’s because I’m changing for what I feel is best for me. It might be a mistake🤷🏾‍♂️ I’ll figure it out till I find my path.
