“When In Doubt,
Pinky Out”

	I’ve used this term in many situations, and honestly, it didn’t work from time to time yet but ill be honest, it doesn’t work all time. But when it does, OH MAN IT DOES.
This is why I decided to have it be my first tattoo. But to understand the meaning of this tattoo, we have to go to the beginning.

	Much like everyone my age, I grew up with Spongebob, watching the yellow square honestly shaped me to find my way of living. Spongebob's life isn’t perfect, just like ours, he works in a dead-end fry cook job, has a stupid friend, his neighbor hates him, he can’t get his driver's license. But he makes the best of his life, fry cooking is his passion, he has many adventures with Patrick and Squidward. He keeps striving for that license no matter how many tries he’s failed. He keeps showing up, and through recent events, I can relate to that!

	Well, there’s an episode where Spongebob is going to Sandy’s tree dome and he has no idea how to deal with the air since he’s a sea creature and  he can’t breathe air. Patrick being the genius that he is, tells Spongebob to pick up his pinky, it's fancy and will get you through it. 
	
The famous words he says is 
“When In Doubt,
Pinky Out”

In college, I used this as a confidence booster to make new friends, do great in a final, and even before dates. It worked 60 percent of the time. I taught people this method in my first public speaking event ever! And I got great feedback, I still hear from people that say it works. A lot of people ask what's the secret? Well, it's weird.

	This method doesn’t increase your chances at all. It tricks your mind to be confident, even if it doesn’t go your way, you will leave the situation confident and happy that you went for it.

It’s helped me through a lot, even now, so that’s why I had it be my first tattoo😌
