Last week we hosted the Nebraska Men’s Basketball team at HQ for their opendorse Ready Program education session. ⁣
⁣
We discussed the coming changes to name, image and likeness (NIL) rights monetization rules in college sports — and walked each student-athlete through a detailed assessment of their current NIL, providing tips, tricks and to-dos to maximize their value. ⁣
⁣
It was such a rewarding experience for many reasons:⁣
1. Helping our alma mater stay ahead of the game means a lot to me and Adi. ⁣
2. The lessons shared with student-athletes come from nearly a decade of helping pro athletes understand and maximize endorsement value. ⁣
3. The Nebraska MBB student-athletes were locked in — it is clear this matters a lot to them, and I believe we helped set them up for success as the NCAA heads into a new era of athlete empowerment. ⁣
