Here’s a bit about me if you didn’t already know: I am John, AKA The Bodybuilding Vegan. Fitness has been my life for over 15 years. . Like most, I did not start as a vegan, and most definitely not a bodybuilder. I was first introduced to the idea of a vegetarian diet when I was ten years old and decided to give up meat for a week, which turned into three years until I attempted to be vegan for a week; and, well, that week has been going 17 years strong now! . I'm an active bodybuilding competitor, using my body to promote a vegan muscular lifestyle. I did my first show in 2014 and then again in 2021. I aim to become the first Plant-Based IFBB Pro in Men's Open Bodybuilding in 2023 or 2024. . I never intended to be a coach, a bodybuilder, or a vegan. Life has thrown these opportunities my way, and I'm so grateful to have found them. Let this be the wake-up call that you can achieve your goals, especially with proper programming, guidance, and work ethic, and you don't need to harm animals in the process.
