Biggest change from last week to this week is my hair 💚🤣
In all seriousness though, I’m just plodding along. Aiming to beat the log book each week. Tracking my meals, reps, steps and aiming for 8 hours of sleep a night (this is the hardest to do). Bodybuilding is the long game. Nothing happens good overnight in this sport. Let’s keep pushing. HTBDE 💚
