Week 2 of the bulk is underway! Up a couple pounds from last week (up to 241 from 238). We’re really hammering in on digestion protocols to make sure all the food I’m taking in is used and absorbed as well as possible. I was using @truenutrition Glutamine once per day at 15g, and now we’re doing glutamine 3 times per day (morning, intra, night). Glutamine is the most effective treatment to heal the gut lining for those suffering from leaky gut, malabsorption, or inflammatory bowel disease (IBS, Crohn's, Ulcerative colitis).
