#sponsored Everyone was asking! So here’s how I make my nocow protein smoothie bowl:

Instructions:
In a blender add 35g of protein isolate (I use pea protein isolate from truenutrition) with a 1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum and about 6-8 ounces of water. Blend for about one minute. Then add ice and blend again until you have a cold, fluffy, protein pudding. You can set this in the freezer to additionally help it harden. Then take 2 nocow bars, break or chop them, add on top of the protein pudding. Then add toppings. I use sugar free chocolate syrup and low calorie peanut butter by professornutz_ . If you were bulking you could do regular peanut butter with chocolate chips 😋😋. Freeze for half an hour if you want a frozen treat. If not, eat away! Super yum and super macro friendly.
