Hiring a coach was the best decision I ever made for my personal bodybuilding journey.

1.) I know how to work hard
2.) I know how to overthink everything 
Having a coach allowed me to get the most out of the first while doing the least of the second. I don’t have to waste time second guessing myself or trying to find the next thing to change.
