## Caption

My post workout meal every night. I like to get some fast digesting carbs immediately post workout and combined with protein as well. 
My favorite is to mix 
thepridefoods cream of rice with truenutrition pea protein isolate. I then top with:
Sea salt
Sugar free maple syrup
Cinnamon
professornutz_ low cal pnut butter
It’s honestly pretty great. My favorite meal of the day. To make sure this (or any other really high carb meal) is stored efficiently I take 2 caps of TrueNutrition’s GDA. #eatbigtogetbig
