Meeting and working with therealoislane_ifbbpro was the best birthday present I could have gotten myself. My coach j_jacoby32 told me to work with her, and I realize this was the single best decision I made for my personal bodybuilding journey. Beyond grateful for her time, knowledge and energy. I tell everyone to have the best day ever, and today I listened to my own advice. Chase your dreams. And realize you’re not getting there alone. Bodybuilding is viewed on the outside as a selfish sport. But, from what I’ve seen, those in it give more than anyone else. Thank you Rachel, this was surreal, as someone used to say, “I’ll be back”.
