## Caption

After a long 20 or so weeks of pushing my body is fully in need of some rest. Progress is never linear in bodybuilding, so this is a much welcomed step back to take some additional steps forward later. Sleep will be a priority, with a lofty goal of 8 hours a night. For the next two weeks I will be training 3-4 days a week, with only half the working sets each session. Food is currently kept the same for each day, higher on training days, less of off days. But with fewer training days a week this will be an overall reduction in food. Cardio will remain the same, with a minimum of 9k steps a day as well.
