3 months of progress. Check the bodyweight. Check the macros. Check the cardio. Just because the scale isn’t changing doesn’t mean the work isn’t being done. I have been getting stronger week after week. We have added density while increasing hardness. Many of my friends and clients would be freaking out without seeing changes on the scale. It’s just a tool! It’s not everything. Track your progress in the gym. Keep taking the photos. Pair that with the weigh ins. Then you’ll have a full picture.
