How to MAKE CREAM of RICE!🍚 
-Add @thepridefoods Rice n Grinds to a microwaveable safe bowl
-Add water. I do about 5-6 grams of water for every gram of cream of rice - so for today 90g cream of rice and 550 grams of water
-Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (start lower so it doesn’t accidentally boil over)
-Add @truenutrition pea protein isolate and stir (today I did 70g)
-Add @professornutz_ , cinnamon and salt (you can add some almond milk to cool it down too). 
-Smile. Cause you’re going to enjoy this meal. 😁😋
