Taking my TVP game to the next level. Added some of @thepridefoods rice n grinds cream of rice with taco flavor to a bowl and cooked it. Then added salsa and tvp with spinach on top. I’ll throw some cashews on for added fat. It doesn’t have to be hard to hit your fitness goals. Learn how to track your macros or get a coach that can help you learn to do so for yourself.
