The face I make when I see the leg veins. Another week to make progress has started. Coming in leaner and lighter this week. We have kept calories the same for quite a while as we incrementally get stronger and slightly leaner each week. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. You likely won’t need macro changes to your diet every single week. Find the sweet spot. Settle in. Do the work. If you need help setting up your diet or training program just reach out!
