Self doubt. Fear. Loneliness. I felt all those this weekend. The voice in my head kept saying “you don’t know what you’re doing with your life.” I took a trip to the beach this weekend, with the intention of working for my companies and on social media. And I did. But. In a way I worked on myself. I took myself on a date. I talked to people I never would have met if I stayed home this weekend. To be honest I am incredibly scared to get outside my routine. It’s uncomfortable to me at the highest level. And so, I must. The discomfort of change is where we grow. This trip seemed daunting (yes even a trip 4 hours away to the beach). Yet, here I am, so glad I went. So in tune with myself. Learning what I love and how I want to live life. I’m learning you can do anything. You just have to start questioning that voice in your head. So. I ask you. What makes you uncomfortable and scared? What makes you doubt yourself? What do you think you can’t do? Then. Go do it. I have the utmost faith in you. If you want it, it’s yours. Just follow your heart, and not the voice in your head.
