T.V.P. - Textured Vegetable Protein is a high protein, low fat, plant based source of protein. This one bag has about 5,900 grams of protein!! It should last thebodybuildingvegan about 3 days (joking). TVP has been a staple in my diet for about 2 years now. If you can boil water you can make TVP. It most closely resembles ground beef. I personally love to put it into pasta with pasta sauce and veggies. But it also goes great on tacos, pizzas or even just by itself. Season as you would any other meat/meat substitute and you are good to go. If you have any questions about a plant based diet or how to build muscle/shred fat send me a DM.
