Do coaches need coaches? mia_muscles and thebodybuildingvegan are both competitive bodybuilders and utilize coaches to reach their full potential. Why would a coach use a coach?
-Accountability: just because you know what to do doesn’t mean you always do it. A coach keeps you on track. 
-Anxiety: it can be anxiety inducing to do your own programming. You might question if you’re doing too much or too little. Often top tier bodybuilders and athletes need to be dialed down, not up, on their total work output. 
-Education: having a coach helps teach you new ways to coach your own clients. You learn from each person you interact with. What better way to hone your craft than learn from someone else doing it?
