I personally seek out a lot of criticism. Without it, I feel I lack perspective to find and initiate growth. The quote above really resonates me because I used to accept criticism into my life from people who had no right to give it. In this case, I’m working to not take things personally. If someone critiques me (and they are definitely not someone I’d take advice from), their critique is not a reflection of me, but simply a reflection of their viewpoint. Seek valid criticism, and don’t allow the rest to affect you. It will save you a lot of head and heart ache. Have the best week ever everyone!
