Having trouble finding plant based protein? Look no more. Here’s how I make my own Seitan:
1- in a large bowl mix together vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, and your desired spices. I use 466g of wheat gluten and 133g of nutritional yeast. This makes 7 servings for me with 322 calories (61P/17C/1F). 
2- slowly mix in water until the mix resembles a dough like consistency. 
3- transfer to a baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. 
4- place in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Then reduce heat to 225 and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. 
5- allow to cool and then place on a cutting board and cut into cubes and you’re done!
