Start taking progress photos now. Your journey is most definitely a long one, not something to be measured by days, but instead by years. I’m so thankful I took these photos back in 2015. I didn’t like the way I looked then. And even now I didn’t want to post some of the photos because I was so self conscious about how I looked. But. That was me. Nothing to be ashamed of. Just who I was at the time, and a mile marker for my own lifting journey. I’m happy I can go back and reference my past self, and to continue chasing improvement every single day.
