Y’all get ready for this. We’re finally exiting the reverse diet. I took some time to get healthy inside and out but now it’s full steam ahead with a bulk. I’m not sure where this will end but I was 230 lbs today, the most I’ve been in my life was 252, and I’m ready to surpass that and transform this year. My coach j_jacoby32 is guiding me through this and I’m excited as hell to make some progress.
