The picture on the left was 1 day before my first ever men's physique competition, and many shades darker. The picture on the right is 3 weeks post show. After post show binge, a mini vacation to New York where I ate ice cream and Oreos every night, drank beer twice, I am back on track and only 2 pounds heavier than stage weight. And I had beers this weekend and had no effect to my weight. Sticking to the "vacation rules" of anabolic fasting made this all possible. Anabolic fasting really is as @corygfitness says "the motherfucking unicorn diet." Not to mention it's so simple and easy.
