Developed and led by Decanthropy's Ian Rolston, ARIDO, the program engages underrepresented youth aged 8-12 in developing a vision for their future through activities in design thinking. They will learn the practical, everyday application of the process and create action plans for life.

The equity-focused workshop introduces our community's youth to the interior design profession, inspiring the next generation of industry professionals.
