Say hello to your new favorite snack: Parmesan Ranch Crusted Potatoes 🥔
 
What you’ll need:
 
Baby potatoes, 1 lb
hidden.valley Ranch Seasoning
Melted butter, 2 tbsp
Grated parmesan, to taste
 
Method:
 
🥔 Preheat oven to 425.
 
🥔 Cut your baby potatoes in half and score them to create ridges. Set aside.
 
🥔 Whisk together melted butter, parmesan and Ranch Seasoning until you form a paste.
 
🥔 Arrange the scored potatoes on the paste.
 
🥔 Brush the tops of the potatoes with extra butter and sprinkle with Ranch Seasoning and parmesan.
 
🥔 Bake until golden and crispy (about 25 minutes).
