Link in Bio. 💚 “Easier access improves the mental health of individuals who use m@rijuana for medical reasons,” Researchers from the University of Basel in Switzerland recently published a study to analyze how medical MJ legalization in the U.S. has affected the country and its patients’ well-being. They analyzed the responses of 7.9 million people who participated in phone surveys between 1993-2018.

“Overall, our results show that medical ca**abis legislation in the USA benefits the people it is intended for without harming other groups,” Professor Alois Stutzer said. He explained that recreational consumers aren’t worse off after legalization, either, and ultimately there is “a clear relationship between liberalization and mental well-being.”

Tell that to the U.S. states that still don't have a MMJ program..

Researchers in Switzerland are particularly interested because their country is currently conducting legal MJ pilot programs to analyze consumer trends, patterns, and more.
