Another great day of recovery for Mr. Fast ⚡️ Twitch, AJ Ferrari🏎💨, the undisputed @ncaawrestling 1️⃣9️⃣7️⃣lbs national champ 🏆 is coming back 🔜 and chasing 3️⃣ more natty championships 🏆🏆🏆
As you can see, AJ takes his training very seriously and knows that proper high level recovery is a necessity to keep performing at the highest level 👊💪
AJ Ferrari 🗣 - “@drjohndegalbo is my go to recovery guy in the Tampa-Bay Area, he has experience and has wrestled himself and actively trains BJJ/Muay Thai and he understands the demands of the sport.”
Our recovery session included Thera-gun, deep-tissue work, scraping, cupping therapy, and active release techniques/stretching‼️
