I got1️⃣0️⃣ hours deep sleep 🛌, did2️⃣hours of deep stretching in the morning☀️,
compounded with 2️⃣hours of deep tissue massage from @next.level.bodywork 
Gina @next.level.bodywork is the best deep tissue💆‍♂️full body massage therapist. ⚠️She will make you scream in pain, in the process,⚠️ but she will get your body feeling and moving right❗️ She knows how to reset and restructure your whole body.
Later, I am doing yoga and drinking another gallon of water 💧🥶
People have been asking about my body so I will tell you…
I am currently weighing 225lbs🦍, my body fat is 7% because of my superior genetics🧬🇮🇹🐎 and work ethic, and I am still eating 4,000 calories😋per day💪
I have also managed to keep my cardio up this past week by running 20 miles, but this is a day of active recovery.
