How do you do this you ask❔
⚠️You must do this by incorporating weighted push-ups into your workout schedule.⚠️
I have found that the best way to develop strength💪, explosiveness🧨, stability😤, and power🏎💨 from the bottom position - while not destroying the joints and ligaments in your elbow, wrist, and shoulder area is to perform these push-up repetitions with a controlled eccentric contraction (slow ⬇️on the way down) and fast concentric contraction (fast⬆️on the way up) and not passing the 90 degree elbow joint angle.  Remember🧐, in order to produce maximal force🏎💨 and power🔋, we must recruit maximal🏎motor🏎units.  WE HAVE TO use our Mr. Fast⚡️Twitch© muscles💪 on the concentric contacting portion of the exercise - by pushing as hard as we can and moving our body fast on the way 🆙‼️
