My dad 🇮🇹 oldmanferrarilifts 🇺🇸💪once told me when I was young, tired🥵 and feeling sorry😢 for myself after not having the best wrestling practice.
🗣 “Nobody cares, your excuse is invalid, work harder and stop feeling bad for yourself!”
I’m so thankful for the reality check he gave me.
So may people in today’s society🌎 have the weak victim😰 mentally🧠 of feeling bad for themselves😩 because of circumstances or what they have experienced in life.  I don’t know what you are going through, and I can’t say I completely understand and can relate, but I can say is this.  Life may temporarily suck, and the hand your dealt may not be the best one.
BUT
🚨If you embrace the pain of sacrificing your body, heart and soul today - you won’t have to experience the unbearable pain of laziness, mediocrity and complacency tomorrow.  You can stay down or can you can get up.  The time⏰ is now❗️
