What drew you to American Football?
The pure physicality of the sport and the chance to compete in a new and challenging environment.

How did you start playing American Football?
I first heard about British American Football at work while training a client who wanted to improve his fitness for an upcoming Titans rookie camp, after weeks of talking about the Titans I decided to attend the camp myself and the rest is history.

What makes the titans a great team to play for?
The titans are truly one big family! Football itself creates a brotherhood like bond, but the titans have created an atmosphere like no other. I have made some lifelong friends at the titans and for that reason the club will always be a big part of my life.

Favourite football memory?
Chasing down a kickoff return in my first ever preseason game, almost breaking myself in half diving at a Nighthawks ankles to save the TD.
Also,
My entire rookie season with the titans, securing premiership football and being voted rookie of the year.

Best advice you can give to someone new to the sport?
Be prepared to be challenged both physically and mentally. Footballs much more than putting on pads and hitting the opposition, there’s a technical side to the game that people from the outside looking in often miss.

Anything else you want to share about yourself or the team?
I’m grateful for the opportunity to compete with and against some of the best talent in the U.K.
