"Who am I? After sustaining a spinal cord injury in 2009, it was the most important question in my life. Having a significant life change like that challenges everything you believe about yourself and your world. For a while I didn’t know who I was. I thought who I am was who and what you saw. But everyone fails to see the whole picture. So... SEE ME:

I am a child of God, a son, a brother, a friend, a king, an ally, a speaker, an artist, an author, a counselor, a coach, a mentor, a businessman, a feminist, an athlete, an advocate, a superhero, a hope dealer, a graduate, a traveler, a warrior, a lover, a fighter, a teacher, a learner, a worker, a reader, a champion, a hall of famer, a thinker, a dancer, a supporter, a real one, and a hell of a badass. 
I’m a lot of different things. The one thing I AM NOT....is defined by a disability. 
The reevefoundation started the #ReeveSeeUs campaign to put together a collection of stories of individuals living with paralysis to challenge the stigmas that overshadow the achievements of those in the paralysis community.
