"Hi, my name is Zack Collie.  I am 24 years old and a C4 incomplete quadriplegic. When I was 15 years old, I was paralyzed at the beach after diving into a wave and hitting a sandbar headfirst. I have grown up in Southern California my whole life and have always been very active, enjoying surfing, dirt bike riding, snowboarding, and skateboarding. While I have been paralyzed for eight years, I do not let this injury define who I am.  Currently, I am working on achieving a Master's program for Counseling. When I am not focused on school work, I am with my amazing girlfriend Bree, who I've been dating for over a year, or hanging out with friends and family.
