A #ShelbyCounty Judge ruled that #JaMorant acted in self-defense during a fight at his home in 2022, as he was reacting to being provoked and had the legal right to stand his ground.

Joshua Holloway filed a lawsuit against Morant last year for assault after a dust-up on the basketball court at Morant’s house in Eads, Tennessee. Morant later filed a countersuit, claiming Holloway acted as the instigator.
