On this day in 2004, the heated #Yankees / #RedSox rivalry saw another brawl. Alex Rodriguez is hit by a Bronson Arroyo pitch. Being that #ARod hit a game winning single the night before, felt the hit by pitch was intentional. A verbal exchange occurred between Arroyo and Rodriguez, and then Varitek, in full catchers gear, shoves his glove in A-Rod's face.
