Good news: hit a cheeky little snatch PR this evening at 290lbs. First time increasing this lift in a looong time and there’s a little more in the tank.
Bad news: now my percentages are a bit heavier 😂
Took a couple cracks at 295lbs tonight but I’ll have to save it for another time.
Training is on track heading into Semi Finals season!
