I was looking for a little extra work at the end of my morning session today so I decided to do a little fatgripz finisher.
50lbs dumbbell farmer carry as many times around the rig as possible until failure or I get too dizzy to continue 🥴.
I had to do a second set the other direction to satisfy my OCD 😂
It’s fun using your equipment set up to build little challenges and keep training fun.
