This year will be my 9th crossfitgames Open!
Time flies! In honor of this momentous occasion I took a stroll down memory lane that I wanted to share with you. Enjoy!
Vid 1: baby Vellner doing the 2013 open at the McGill University gym after about 1 month of informal CrossFit with friends.
Vid 2: an older and thicker vellner finishing the last workout of the 2020 open to win it. Decisive proof that being fitter does not make this easier 😂
