This felt like a MUST share ✨

I KNOW this statement to be so profoundly true and yet I remain inconsistent with the consistent acts of taking care of myself (in ALL ways). 

Self love and self worth can be expressed in so many different ways. To live in consistent devotion to my self, my highest self, is where I aspire to be and I think I’m ready. I want this for me. I want this for all around me. 

This is not just a commitment to honor my highest in the physical form, but this is mental, spiritual, emotional and inter-relational as well ✨ All of these things are me and mine to curate and cultivate. 

One of my most favorite quotes is, “do not argue for your own limitations”. It’s so good. I often find myself rationalizing and justifying on my own behalf and on behalf of others. I want to be done with this ✔️ These things are not in service to my highest self or my relationships.
