Went for a nice swim on my recovery day today. It’s a nice low impact way to get my blood flowing and loosen up a bit. My body always thanks me after, but I will say, swimming in a pool in Nanaimo made me miss the warm waters of the Persian Gulf. 🏊🏼‍♂️
