We are excited to welcome Optimal’s newest Chiropractor, Patrick Vellner, to our team. Pat has a focus on rehabilitation science, injury prevention, functional movement, strength and conditioning, and all things fitness and sports performance related. 
He has competed nationally in Gymnastics and Lacrosse and continues to represent Canada 🇨🇦 on the global stage at the CrossFit Games.
Patrick is looking forward to working with all kinds of people and helping them reach their health goals. 
He is accepting new patients and will be treating at the Dufferin Clinic on Monday’s and Thursday’s.
