🚨GUYS! IT’S DEKA COMP CHALLENGE TIME 🚨
Coach mich_letendre loves to program this workout as a benchmark and we thought we might as well share the fun with you! 🤭
1️⃣ Complete the workout: 100 burpee box jump overs for time (20" for women and 24" for men)
2️⃣ Film yourself and tag dekacomp in your post or stories with hashtag #dekacomp100BBJO
