To all my brothers & sisters who have raised their right hand and sworn to support & defend the Constitution, against all enemies, foreign and domestic---HAPPY VETERANS' DAY! 

Parades, ceremonies and restaurant discounts are all great, but if you're looking for another way to honor veterans today, I'd encourage you to do something hard. 

At teamrwb, where we are forging America's leading veteran health & wellness community, we've created a tribute workout today called WOD for Warriors.  Some more details in the video.

If you haven't trained up, I'd encourage you to find a teammate and alternate rounds.  If you're on your own, do 3 rounds, 5 rounds, whatever you can do that pushes you to your limits i.e. makes you want to quit.  And then go one more round.
