For many of us, the last few months have brought so much change and brought even greater challenges along the way. 
I had planned to enter my sixth and (likely 😊) last Olympic Games this year, but my timeline to qualifying + winning the Gold suddenly shifted. Losing focus in these last couple of months was not an option, so INSTEAD I decided to accept the postponement as a BLESSING and path to fully dedicate myself to the journey ahead and learn from past mistakes. ✨This meant keeping my nutrition and fuel choice top of mind (yesss...even during quarantine) by eating protein rich snacks like my almond trail mix, and being a good role model for my family on what fueling health and happiness really looks like 💪. I am READY for this journey! 🔥
