So long 2018.
It’s been a crazy year for me. I’ve had my nose to the grinder balancing my clinical year at school, training to win and some amazing crossfit adventures. I look back with pride that I was able to pull off what was probably the busiest year I have ever and will ever have. 
2019 is looking shiny, new and exciting. I’ll graduate, move to be with mworkunhill after four years of long-distance, and try my hand at navigating a new crossfit system. I’m looking forward to a 2019 with more time for training, finding my place in the world of chiropractic, and laying down some roots. ✌🏼 out 2018, you’ve been good to me.
