So I got crushed by some dekacomp barbell endurance yesterday. First round vs last round shown. If that last one counts then I managed all rounds unbroken, but the rest intervals got a little out of hand. Give it a shot! Pick a weight and try to go unbroken for all rounds. All i have to say about this is mich_letendre really likes to watch me struggle...
