I was feeling the holidays today and procrastinating starting my session so I figured I'd have a little fun warming up with some gymnastics. It's pretty wild how much my body composition and coordination has changed since retiring from gymnastics and starting crossfit. My legs are a lot heavier now thats for sure. My old coaches would probably cringe, but I'm happy to still have a few tricks up my sleeve. I'll probably start incorporating a bit more gymnastics play into my training. Stay tuned.
