It's Christmas Eve, and I'm not doing a "12 days of Christmas" Workout. In fact I'm not working out at all. All day I've been relaxing by a fire with the dog, drinking egg nog, eating cookies and clowning around with mworkunhill . Don't forget to take time off and enjoy your holidays. Fitness isn't everything. Allow yourself the chance to decompress and spend time with your loved ones. You won't regret it.
