## Caption

#TBT to reaching a major goal of mine, finishing third at the East Regional and qualifying for the 2016 crossfitgames in July. It still seems a bit surreal. Training for the games so far has been a blast. Trying to step out of my comfort zone everyday and stay healthy. Also trying to get s base tan, it's not working... Keep your head down and keep at it. #soburnt #CrossFitGames #FittestOnEarth #33days #beanathlete #goals #bettereveryday hatlex_canada
