Doing some of my last bit of meal prep before going into the regionals weekend. I can't thank proenergynutritioncanada enough for all their help. Building a nutrition plan tailored to my specific needs and training schedule has been huge. They've also provided me with a plan for the regionals weekend and will be on site to lend a hand. This is big for me since eating well during competition has always been something that I've struggled with.
